Contact maps show the inter-protein ECs above the confidence threshold (precision > 80% on test set) for each model, as well as the top L/2 intra protein ECs for each monomer. Top left panel shows the first monomer intra-protein contacts, bottom right panel shows the second monomer intra-protein contacts, top right and bottom left panels show inter-protein contacts.

Note that the confidence thresholds were calibrated on the top 10 ECs per complex - if more than 10 ECs fall above the cutoff they are shown in the contact map, but are not necessarily guaranteed to achieve 80% precision on average across complexes
